Elizabeth provides an excellent service. The classes provide an enjoyable, varied and safe work out for anyone who wants to maintain a good level of fitness during their pregnancy. I enjoy meeting other Mums-to-be and sharing experiences etc. As a registered mid-wife, Elizabeth gives practical advice for preparing for D-day. She is down to earth and very approachable. I can't recommend Babydays highly enough and am looking forward to resuming classes in the new year
